“I’m not saying I wouldn’t do something! I intend to do something,” Alec told Entertainment Weekly when asked if he would ever go under the knife for cosmetic surgery. “I probably will. Let’s put it this way: I wouldn’t rule it out because… You don’t think I wake up every day and wish I looked like this and this and this? But I can’t let that bother me.”

The Emmy-winning, Oscar-nominated Baldwin is stripping down to his bare bum in the holiday romantic comedy, It’s Complicated, in which he plays Meryl Streep’s ex-husband. The exes rekindle their romance during their son’s college graduation weekend.

The actor recently went bonkers on a limo driver when he was made to wait 15 minutes to be picked up from the airport.

While playing tennis at the Grand Slam Tennis Exhibition at the Ross School in East Hampton, Baldwin met three of the show’s stars,cohorts – Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, and Kelly Bensimon — but the 30 Rock star was desperate to met the attached Frankel.

“…He kept inquiring if Bethenny was coming. He said he really wanted to meet her and even complained that, of course, the one woman he wanted to meet wasn’t coming. He wasn’t even being discreet about how interested he was,” says a tipster.

Matthew Hiltzik, Baldwin’s rep, tells The Associated Press that the actor has no plans to move to Connecticut to run against the Independent senator — and despite recent comments, Alec doesn’t want to see Lieberman leave his seat “because there are so few moderate Republicans in the Senate.”

In an article published in Playboy last week, Baldwin remarked that he had “no use” for Joe — and discussed the possibility of a future in politics. “I have sometimes thought I could move to New Jersey or Connecticut and run,” the actor told the publication. “I’d love to run against Joe Lieberman. I have no use for him.”

Lieberman reacted to Baldwin’s comments in a CNN interview on Saturday, saying, “make my day.”

“You know, I mean, I must say that I respect Alec Baldwin as an actor and as a comedian, and if he wants to run, that’s his right.”

In a candid new interview with the July/August issue of Playboy Magazine, Alec Baldwin confirms that he is still cross at The Today Show – even though it’s on his home network of NBC — because correspondent Matt Lauer didn’t interview him during the firestorm that erupted over that berating and profane leaked voicemail message the actor left for his young daughter, Ireland, two years ago.

Alec is still disturbed that Lauer “chose” to interview TMZ’s managing editor Harvey Levin— who first made the voicemail public — instead. The Emmy-winning 30 Rock star calls Levin “a human tumor, a graceless character who lives in that weird netherworld,” and blasts Matt for interviewing the gossipmonger on the morning show.

“Matt Lauer interviewed Levin before he even called me,” Alec says. “Lauer put Levin on Today, and they never phoned me. When it’s in their interest to reach me, they know how. I saw that and said, ‘My relationship with the Today show is over.’ I’ll never do Today again, ever. Life’s too short.”

And when the tape came out, “Matt Lauer interviewed Levin before he even called me,” says Baldwin. “Lauer put Levin on Today, and they never phoned me. In an interview with the July/August issue of Playboy Magazine, Emmy-winning actor Alec Baldwin isadmits he contemplated suicide after an angry voicemail he left for his then-11-year-old daughter, Ireland, was leaked to the press in 2007.

“I spoke to a lot of professionals, who helped me.”

During what he describes as a self-destructive phase, the 51-year-old father threatened to quit his starring role on the NBC comedy 30 Rock and even briefly left his agent. After apologizing to his daughter, Alec channeled his frustration in the child-custody court system — and former wife Kim Basinger — into a book called A Promise to Ourselves, described as a guide for divorced fathers who are struggling to remain involved in their children’s lives.

Alec blames his frustration with the system for his outburst at Ireland; he says he chose to come out on the ABC chatfest The View because he trusted series stars Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters.

“Whoopi Goldberg is a friend. I called her and said, ‘Do you think I can get a fair shake?’ Because when you talk about family law and parental alienation, there is this unfortunate gender-based dynamic. Could I walk into a show with a strong female audience?” he recalls. “Would they understand my point of view? I trusted Whoopi and Barbara Walters. Whoopi is an impeccably decent person, and I am grateful she gave me a forum.”

Alec Baldwin is mumbling an “I’m Sorry” for making a joke about mail-order brides that has unleashed all kinds of Hell over in the Philippines.

On the Late Show with David Letterman May 12, Alec — who already has one daughter, Ireland, with ex Kim Basinger — quipped that he would love to have more children and that he was “thinking about getting a Filipino mail-order bride at this point … or a Russian one.”

After insulting several women’s rights groups in the U.S. and abroad, Alec issued a public apology on Wednesday.

“I’d like to offer an apology and a clarification to remarks I made recently,” Alec wrote on The Huffington Post.

“However, I do apologize to anyone who took offense,” he concluded.

Chatty spywitnesses claim the Emmy-winning entertainers have repeatedly bumped heads behind the scenes of the hit NBC comedy in recent weeks. On set spies fear it’s only a matter of time before tempers reach their boiling point.

During a recent photo shoot on the set, the notoriously difficult actor sniped to the photographer, “Get ready to do a lot of airbrushing.” Tina, who has a childhood scar on her left cheek, fired back, “Something wrong with my face?” Alec upped the ante by saying it’s her entire body that’s the problem. “Tina shot back that this was coming from a guy with a double chin who thinks Sarah Palin is hot,” says a set source. “Alec was steamed about it the rest of the day and had words with Tina about it later.”

Baldwin’s character, Jack Donagh, had to smooch the actress’ stalker alter ego Claire Harper, but the 50-year-old actor laments the liplock was not as enjoyable as he had imagined it would be.

“It was painful,” he jokes in this week’s edition of New York Magazine. “I mean, every man who’s had to make out with her in TV and movies – I don’t know how they do it!”
