Britney Spears has obtained a restraining order against former manager Sam Lutfi and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, TMZ reported on Friday.

According to a spy for the celebrity gossip site TMZ that Britney has told her conservators to “protect” her from the two men, who were associated with the singer during her emotional breakdown last year.

Attorneys for Britney Spears are brokering a deal to purchase a sex tape, reportedly featuring the singing star, from her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Earlier this week, the professional paparazzo confirmed that such a tape does exist and offered full access to the one-hour of footage to anyone with a checkbook and a lot of dough.

“Her lawyers have been working overtime. They’ve been told to do whatever it takes to stop the video making it onto the Internet,” says a source for The Sun.
