2008 Primetime Emmy Awards Hosts: Tom Bergeron, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Ryan Seacrest, Jeff Probst

Instead of just one host, the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards will have five.

The reality-TV hosts nominated in the Emmy’s new Best Reality Host category will MC this year’s ceremony, airing September 21 on ABC.

They hosts are: Tom Bergeron Dancing With the Stars; Ryan Seacrest of American Idol: Deal or No Deal’s Howie Mandel; Heidi Klum of Bravo’s Project Runway; and Jeff Probst of Survivor.

“It just seemed like a perfect way to stay current with the state of television today,” said Ken Ehrlich, executive producer of the Emmy said Friday.

Late night host Jimmy Kimmel and Justin Timberlake talk about how much fun he had hosting the 2008 ESPY Awards on Tuesday night. The awards show, which celebrates the year’s best in sports & entertainment, will air this Sunday on ESPN.

“Your girlfriend is a lovely woman, Jessica Biel,” Jimmy told Justin. “Really, really nice person, besides being obviously very attractive.”

“That she is too,” Justin agreed.

“Good job on that,” he responded, “Every day I pat myself on the back. After I tell myself that I hate myself.”

The stars were out in full force at Wednesday night’s 2008 ESPY Awards and were dressed to the nines. (Like Danica Patrick and NBA player Lisa Leslie above.)

Justin Timberlake showed off his wacky side as the host of the 2008 ESPY Awards, honoring the year’s best sports moments and athletes, on Wednesday night. The often cranky star performed an original rock opera which included an impersonation of singer/actress Jessica Simpson, who is presently dating Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo.

The ESPY Awards airs this Sunday on ESPN.

Justin Timberlake will host the 16th Annual ESPY Awards at the NOKIA Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, July 20th. Justin will serve as Master of Ceremonies, in the company of an all-star lineup of athletes and entertainers, celebrating the biggest sports stories of the year.

“I’m very excited to be hosting the 16th edition of The ESPYs. I can’t wait for the day of the show as I’m truly a sports junkie,” Justin says. “Since the last ESPYs, there have been amazing moments in sports and I’m looking forward to recapping all of them with ESPN’s diehard fans.”
