Multiplatinum-selling singer Carrie Underwood, who co-hosted the 42nd Annual Country Music Awards with fellow star Brad Paisley on Wednesday, received a standing ovation for her live performance of “Just A Dream” at the ceremony at the Sommet Center in Nashville last night.

Grammy-nominated singing sensation Taylor Swift performed her hit single “Love Story” at the 2008 Country Music Awards, live from Nashville, on Wednesday night.

Country Music Award nominees Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will co-host the 2008 show, airing November 12 on ABC.

“Hopefully you will not see any wardrobe malfunction,” Carrie joked.

“I would tune in just in case,” Brad added with a wink.
