Michael Phelps, what are you doing? Superhuman Olympic flipper Michael Phelps was snapped trying to get his freak on with those other ladies of the night (”strippers”) at the Playboy Club in the Las Vegas Palms Hotel & Casino.

Michael Phelps will use the the $1 million bonus he earned from Speedo for tying Mark Spitz’s record of seven gold medals to start his own foundation.

The Michael Phelps Foundation will work will various charitable programs to promote water safety and encourage youth swimming.

“I feel it’s only appropriate that I continue the momentum that Speedo helped to create by committing my bonus to the establishment of the Michael Phelps Foundation, which I hope will help me inspire others to achieve their dreams, and give back to the sport that has given me so much.”

“This is a way for me to really help to grow the sport,” the eight-time Olympic gold medalist told Today host Matt Lauer on Tuesday.

The foundation’s first initiative will be an eight-city tour across the United States, in collaboration with Speedo, to launch an educational program called “Dream, Plan, Reach.”

“It’s something that I think is important and something that will be fun,” he continued, “because this sport has done so much for me, and for me to be able to welcome other kids and share the experiences that I‘ve had for the past 15 years of my life.”

Gold medalists Michael Phelps, Nastia Liukin, and Kobe Bryant will join 150 other U.S. Olympic team members on the 23rd season premiere of The Oprah Winfrey Show September 8.

Oprah intends for the show to serve as “Welcome Home Celebration” and a chance to showcase Chi-Town as the city bids tp host the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Olympians, Dara Torres, Misty May-Treanor, Kerri Walsh, Carmelo Anthony, Lisa Leslie, and Dwyane Wade will also appear.

Champion gymnast Nastia Liukin, who breezed her way to gold medal glory at this Summer’s Olympics in Beijing, was a featured guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Tuesday.

Beijing bid farewell to the 2008 Summer Olympics in an exciting Handover Ceremony on Sunday night. This is Michael’s fifth appearance on the cover of Sports Illustrated, giving him the distinction of appearing on more SI covers than any other swimmer. Mark Spitz comes in a close second with three sports on Sports Illustrated.
