Carrie Prejean Breast Implants Lawsuit; Dumped Miss California For Outstanding Boob Loan
Hey Miss California, you forgot to pay for your rack! Ousted beauty queen Carrie Prejean still owes $5,200 for breast implants purchased by pageant organizers last January, according to a lawsuit filed Monday.
Miss California officials have slapped their former title-holder with a suit, seeking cash given to her for “breast enhancement surgery.” The former Miss California stiffed pageant organizer K2 Productions even though she requested the surgery “to be more competitive” April’s 2009 Miss USA pageant — where she famously denounced gay marriage, thrusting herself into the national spotlight — and verbally agreed to repay the K2 loan, the complaint states.
Prejean was stripped of her crown June 10 for alleged contract violations. She is accused of using her title without authorization to help promote the National Organization for Marriage’s “campaign of intolerance” against gay marriage. The 22-year-old blonde is also accused of missing events, lying about taking semi-nude photos that later emerged alone, and negotiating an unauthorized book deal.
Prejean — a devoted Christian — later sued, accusing pageant officials of targeting her for a pageant answer she gave opposing same sex marriage.
