Carpenter Martin Marrero Gisele Bundchen Lawsuit

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has been slammed with a lawsuit from her former carpenter. Martin Marrero is suing the twenty-seven year old fashionista over injuries he alleges he suffered during a September 2006 fall in her New York City apartment.
Martin claims he sustained a fractured shoulder, broken ribs, and herniated spinal discs after he fell off a staircase in Gisele’s apartment, his lawyer Keith Ahlers tells The New York Post.
Martin says Gisele is at fault because the staircase in her apartment did not have a handrail
The carpenter has been unable to work due to his injuries, according to a lawsuit filed in Bronx Supreme Court last week.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and names the Brazilian catwalk maven’s company, Casa Vida, as a co-defendant.
Gisele earned an estimated $35 million, making her the World’s Highest-Paid Supermodel, according to Forbes Magazine.
