We hear a recently engaged Carmen Electra celebrated her upcoming third walk down the aisle with a recent plastic surgery overhaul. The thirty-seven year old former Baywatch beauty had her breast implants replaced and underwent liposuction on her stomach in Beverly Hills last week, The National Enquirer reports.

“Carmen stays in great shape…but she’s closing in on forty and felt she needed a little body and fender work,” a tabloid mole whispers. “Her first priorty was to have her saline breast implants replaced with silicone.”

Carmen’s recent surgery included a “fat transfer,” with the star opting to have fat for her belly added to her face, lips, and butt.

“In her younger days, she was a Playboy favorite, and she still knows her face and her body are her fortune. And if it takes a little nip and tuck to stay in demand, then so be it. Carmen is thrilled with her new look-and feels she looks years younger.”
