My Name Is Earl could be headed to TBS.

The basic cable network — which already airs reruns of Earl — is in the early stages of picking up the sitcom for 13 episodes, Variety has learned.

The show, starring Jason Lee and Jamie Pressly, ran for four seasons on NBC before being axed last month.
