CAMERON DIAZ has given a watch she bought for JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE to pal DREW BARRYMORE.

She had “I love you” engraved on the case of the gold Rolex Oyster for Justin’s birthday on January 31-the former couple split before the big day.

Her Charlie’s Angels co-star Drew offered to buy it but generous Cameron insisted it was a gift. Music And Lyrics star Drew is also newly single after splitting from STROKES drummer FABRIZIO MORETTI.

The friends have now made a diet pact to get back to “date weights”.

A source said: “Cameron’s new regime started as a joke between her and Drew but now she’s keeping it up.”
