“It’s how she is with every man. When Cameron likes someone, she smothers him,” a source says of the actress, who recently split from British model Paul Sculfor. “She and Adam have only had a few dates, but she’s constantly calling him and texting him.”

Cameron reportedly introduced Adam to her mom after they’d been dating for only a week.

The insider adds that the rocker — previously romantically linked to Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, and Kirsten Dunst — is “not in it for the long term.” “He’s already feeling like it’s too much,” the source says.
