Bruce Springsteen Barack Obama Endorsement

The Boss is endorsing Obama for President. Music vet Bruce Springsteen has jumped to Barack Obama’s defense in the firestorm of controversy following his “bitter” remark concerning America’s working class by throwing his support behind the Illinois senator.
The Boss wrote in a message to fans that the comment was taken out of context:
“Like most of you, I’ve been following the campaign and I have now seen and heard enough to know where I stand. Senator Obama, in my view, is head and shoulders above the rest. He speaks to the America I’ve envisioned in my music for the past 35 years, a generous nation with a citizenry willing to tackle nuanced and complex problems.”

Springsteen is a millionaire hypocrite who talks about working class America while living his life in a fashion contrary to how he feels others should live theirs. Obama is the same. Springsteen’s endorsement of Obama brings no surprise.
