Brooke Hogan’s taking all the surgical steps to certify her as a solid “Buttaface.” The twenty year-old reality TV little darling has a shiny new set of knockers to go along with her new VH1 series, Brooke Knows Best, premiering this weekend.

Brooke, who first underwent a breast augmentation last year, added a little Va-Voom to her existing chest muscles during a visit with a top cosmetic surgeon at the Tampa Bay Surgery Center on June 30th.

“After she had an implant procedure last year, Brooke thought that her boobs were spread too far apart, making it difficult to show cleavage,” a source tells The National Enquirer.

(That’s funny-its looks like she shows plenty of cleavage to us!)

The daughter of estranged couple Brooke and Linda Hogan was concerned that her first set of implants weren’t “perky” enough.

“The implants were done below the pectoral muscles, and Brooke believed they didn’t look as perky as a twenty year-old girl’s should.”

And get this-Proud papa Hulk had his new chippy, Jennifer McDonald, accompany Brooke to the procedure, the Enquirer’s spy claims:

“During Brooke’s two-hour procedure, Hulk was worried like mother hen. He called the surgery center and Jennifer every fifteen minutes to make sures everything was going OK.”

Brooke’s said to be “thrilled” with her new figure:

“Brooke’s thrilled with the new implants. She feels they’re much more suited to her.”
