Broadway Katie Holmes “All My Sons” Disappointing Ticket Sales

Katie Holmes can light up a red carpet but can she sale theater tickets? Advance ticket sales for Katie’s upcoming limited-engagement in Broadway’s revival of Arthur Miller’s 1947 play All My Sons “definitely off from what the production hoped,” says a spywitness.
“You can’t say it’s the economy,” the source tells MSNBC, “because there are shows, like ‘Mamma Mia’ that are selling out.”
“It’s not that Katie’s bad in the part. She’s good enough. The producers are just getting the feeling people still want to view Katie as sweet little Joey Potter.”
All My Sons opens on Broadway October 16 and runs through January 11.
