Whether she is famous or just a everyday person she does deserve respect. The shop owners should have thrown the hair away...just like they do with all their customers. It seems to me that the Beauty Shop violated some law - by allowing an unlicensed person to cut hair in their shop. Shame Shame Shame on them all.
