Britney Speras Hit & Run Settlement $1,000; Hit & Run Charges Likely Dropped
The L.A. City Attorney says Britney Spears has reached a civil settlement with the driver of a luxury station wagon the pop singer ran into in August. The criminal hit & run case against Brit will likely be dropped now that the ‘Gimme More’ artist has agreed to pay Kim Robard-Rifkin approximately $1,000 for the damage plus rental car expenses. Britney Spears still faces charges of driving without a license.
