Contrary to earlier reports, Britney Spears will not be charged with anything stemming from the child custody standoff that occurred at her home on Thursday night. “We aren’t charging her with anything at this time,” says LAPD officer HARDING says. “She is at the (hospital) for her own health and welfare.”

A few consequences for her actions every once and a while might not be such a bad thing for this woman.
