Britney Spears Threatens Legal Action Over ‘Bald Brit’ Billboards In Florida

Britney Spears is threatening legal action against a Florida radio station that is using the famous photo of her bald and going bonkers on the paparazzi with an umbrella on billboards to promote it’s morning show.

Donna Schneider, Brit’s lawyer, claims that the billboards promoting the MJ Morning Show were “outrageous to the extreme” and is demanding their removal. Donna claims Britney’s “likeness has a multi-million-dollar value for authorized commercial exploitations” and the star is “very substantial damages” from Clear Channel Entertainment.
The three outdoor advertisements feature Britney Spears with a picture of WFLZ morning show host MJ Kelli and are headlined “Total Nut Jobs,” “Shock Therapy,” and “Certifiable.”
