Britney Spears has been placed on a seventy-two hour hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after Thursday night’s child custody standoff with local police.

The singer is reportedly under suicide watch, while undergoing a psychiatric evaluation and drug testing.

While en route to the hospital, Britney was screaming at the top of her lungs:

“I would rather die, than let him have my babies.”
