E! reports that a District Meeting is currently taking place in the Los Angeles Valley in hopes of banning Britney Spears from entering at any Starbucks in the Valley. The locals claim Britney and her arsenal of photogs create too much chaos in the atmosphere. It’s been a tough week for Britney Spears and local establishments. Last week, the pop star was banned from posh L.A bar Winston’s and her longtime hair salon.
