TMZ claims a Britney Spears stalker has been fielding bogus calls to Child Protective Services.

“Concerned” calls are coming from one person. CPS were phoned on Britney Spears multiple times last week.

Britney has a “stalker” who has become irritated with her. The man began calling the L.A. County Department of Child and Family Services and lodging “bizarre” complaints against Spears.

Child Protective Services has dropped the investigation.
