Despite reports of seizure, Britney Spears’ 2-year-old son, Jayden James Federline, was actually hospitalized after suffering a “terrible allergic reaction” in Mississippi over the weekend, the star’s publicist says. The toddler is expected to make a full recovery.

“Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th,” a rep says on the singer’s Web site. “Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow.”
