In the latest bit of Britney Spears ‘Spoiled Brattery,’ the literally ‘Toxic’ singer has announced that she will not be gracing her family at the annual Independence Day picnic in Kentwood, Louisiana.

And of her estranged mother Britney simply said: “I’m praying for her right now. I hope she gets all the help she needs. In time, who knows what will happen?”
