Britney Spears has placed her Los Angeles home on the market for second time this year. The troubled pop singer has listed an asking price of $7.495 million, and she’s offering to sell it fully furnished.

Brit first put the home up for sale last February, only to take it off the market two months later.

The Tuscan Villa-style abode located in a gated community includes six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a media room, and maids’ quarters.

Brit’s Malibu home, her current living facility, has been for sale since November.
