Britney Spears has suffered another psychotic break. Police were called to the pop star’s Hollywood Hills residence on Monday night to referee a fight between Brit and best pal/manager Sam Lufti. the two ended up in a screaming fight. A crying Britney called boyfriend Adnan Ghalib for help.

“Baby, can you come pick me up?” Ghalib said Spears asked him. He then told her to wait for him inside her house and he would come to pick her up. He was then denied access outside the gates after Sam informed guards that he was not allowed entry. Britney’s parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears, also showed up on the scene to jump to Britney’s rescue.
