Ryan Seacrest woke Britney Spears up to an impromptu interview on his ‘On-Air with Ryan Seacrest’ radio show on Wednesday morning.

Britney Spears spoke out about all of her recent controversies:
“I try to not let it get to me,” she said.
“People say what they want and do what they do. It’s sad how cruel our world can be.”
On celebrating Blackout’s release last night: “It was kinda laid back, really. We watched movies, that’s about it.” They also munched on Famous Amos cookies and fried chicken, added Sam.
Her favorite song on the album: “I really like ‘Heaven on Earth.’ I really like the producer. It’s different than all the other songs.” Interesting…that’s one of our faves too.
On the origin of the infamous “It’s Britney, bitch” line: “Oh gawd. The producer told me to say that, I didn’t do it. And that’s how it came about.”
On people calling her a bad mother: “Like I said, people say what they want and do what they do. It’s sad how cruel our world can be. At the end of the day, you just have to know in your heart that you’re doing the best you can.”
