Remember we told you that a team of Britney Spears associates were trying to force the rumored drug addict into rehab? Well, celeb tattle Marc Malkin claims the pop singer has agreed to return to rehab, possibly overseas? Brit’s completed her first rehab stint at Promises Treatment Center in Malibu back in March. “She has said she’ll go again,” says a tabloid insider. “But everyone is worried she won’t go at the last minute.”
