Celebrity snitches have tattled that Britney Spears refused to visit her fifty-two year old mother Lynne who was recently hospitalized with a bout of pneumonia.
“Britney has cut off all contact with her mother. She feels betrayed by her,” a mole tells The National Enquirer.
