Britney Spears is desperate to meet Queen Elizabeth.

Rumor across the pond has it that the “Womanizer” singer – who is currently playing an eight-night residency at London’s O2 Arena – wants to take her two young sons, Sean and Jayden, to Buckingham Palace to have afternoon tea with the 83-year-old British monarch.

“She has told her aides she is desperate for her sons to rub shoulders with royalty. And she does not want to be disappointed,” a Britney informant was quoted as saying in Friday’s edition of The Daily Mirror.

“Britney loves everything the royal family stands for, so this would make a dream come true.”
