Hugh Hefner has offered Britney Spears a Playboy centerfold-once she gets her life in order.

Hef admits the pop tart has been one of his dream cover girls for years: “I have only heartfelt concern for her situation… I hope her career gets back on track, I hope her personal life gets back on track. “If that happens, we’ll be happy to have her in the magazine.”

In September, Britney considered getting breast implants for a shot at landing a more lucrative centerfold deal than the $400,000 offer recently offered by Hefner.
