Armed with a killer new pucker, Britney Spears is planning to undergo more plastic surgery in her quest for a complete face and body makeover before her upcoming ‘Blackout’ tour.

“When Britney looks in the mirror, she doesn’t like what she sees. She thinks she looks old and worn, and she wants to look fresh and young,” says an Enquirer snitch.

“She doesn’t fit in Size 2 or 4, but that’s what she buys. She says when she loses ten or fifteen pounds, she’ll have an amazing wardrobe,” a pal gushes.

The troubled pop star, who routinely refers to herself as a ‘fat pig,’ is considering surgery to narrow her nose along the top and sides, gettting Retylane injections to fill the lines around her mouth, and having all the hair removed from her body through laser treatment.

“Britney has a history of compulsive behavior,” a source tells the National Enquirer. “She’s a compulsive eater, and when she drinks, she drinks to excess. When she parties, she parties non-stop.”

Britney also wants to sign up for lipsuction on her thighs:

“She always grabs her fat and says, ‘I wish I could just cut it all off.’” “Lipo is the fastest way to get her body back to how it used to be,” a friend spills to In Touch Weekly.

In Touch claims the ‘Gimme More’ singer was scheduled for a procedure called ‘LipoDissolve’ in Las Vegas last July before cancelling her appointment at the last minute.

On September 16th, Britney met with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Burres to discuss undergoing “Smart Liposuction,” a laser surgery that dissolves fat in a ‘less invasive’ manner than more traditional lipo procedures.
