It wasn’t as bad as everyone hyped it up to be — certainly wasn’t the best comeback I’ve ever seen, but I have seen worse, as well (see the “special guest preformance” of the 1997 Billboard Music Awards). I think Britney is just expecting what they all expect — that everything will just fall into her lap, with teen girls praying to be her and old men praying to sleep with her. She was the bubble-gum princess of the 90s — now if she wants to do anything with herself in the new century, she has to grow up, grow some ovaries and be an adult about it. Sorry “princess” time to get over yourself if you want to make anything of yourself.
