Britney Spears Monitored Visitation; Kevin Federline Retains Custody

Kevin Federline will retain primary custody of his two children with singer Britney Spears retains primary custody following a court hearing in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Britney will be allowed monitored visitation rights.
An eye-patch wearing Kevin was spotted leaving the courtroom minutes ago escorted by deputies following the hearing. The pair are due back in the courtroom October 26.
Kevin’s attorney, MARK VINCENT KAPLAN said: “Kevin wants to maintain the custody he has for as long as he can. … We felt that the orders were justified.” He added that his client is “pleased” with the results of the hearing.”
“He had a sore eye and he put that over his eye because of the glare that was causing some problems.”
