Britney Spears Mistrial Driving Without A License Case

Britney Spears’ driving without a license case was declared a mistrial by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James A. Steele on Tuesday.
The jury of eight men and four women failed to agree on whether the 26-year-old pop star was guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license when she caused a minor fender bender in the parking lot of a Los Angeles pharmacy earlier this year.
Prosecutors have decided to not re-try Brit.

You’re kidding right? Couldn’t they just ask to look at her license to see if it’s current?
