Britney Spears Miami Children’s Hospital (Pictures)
Just call her Do’Gooder Brit….
Britney Spears made a surprise visit to a group of sick kids at Miami Children’s Hospital on Saturday.
The 27-year-old pop star interacted and posed for photos with the children before taking the stage at M.I.A.’s American Airlines Arena as part of her hit “Circus Tour.”
Britney is also donating $100,000 to the Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, which will provide the hospital’s young patients with regular visits from clowns.
