Britney Spears 1.53-acre hilltop Malibu estatewas purchased by an anonymous buyer for $12 Million. Sale proceeds will be split between Brit and her now ex-husband Kevin Federline. The home was sold by Drew Mandile’s Brokerage Firm; a company owned by the father of Brit’s new beau, Justin Mandile.
