Britney Spears is livid that ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is escaping drug testing in their highly publicized custody battle while she has been branded a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of drugs and alcohol by Los Angeles judge Scott Jordon.

“She is furious. She believes the court is more sympathetic towards Kevin,” says a friend.
