Britney Spears is preparing a trip to her native Kentwood, Louisiana to comfort her pregnant teen sister.
“She’s working out a schedule with her ex-husband Kevin, her lawyers, and the court because she has to be excused from her parenting classes and drug testing in order to leave,” an insider reveals to The National Enquirer.
