It looks like Britney Spears and her soon-to-be teen mom of a baby sister are like peas and carrots again. The financially-strapped fallen pop star is forking over fistfuls of cash on an ocean-themed baby nursery for her new niece/nephew, designed by exclusive Hollywood baby boutique Petit Tresor.

“So far she’s spent more than $30,000 on it — she’s sparing no expense…”

Jamie Lynn picked the “Round Crib at Sea” ($1,150 according to the Petit Tresor Web site), the “Bliss Nursery Dresser ($995) as well as organic bedding and baby blankets that are being made by Robbie Adrian. Britney did have one special request that seems strangely symbolic: an elephant in the room. According to the source, Britney ordered a custom-made, six-foot-tall elephant with a blue bow.
