The paparazzi is reporting that Britney Spears is spending a week long vacation at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills while Child Protective Services investigate her Bel-Air and Malibu swimming pools.

CPS has previously warned Britney that the pools at both homes are unsafe for young children because lack the required child safety barriers around them.
