Britney Spears has been secretly seeing a hypnotist, who is helping her successfully conquer her stage-fright, as well as addictions to caffeine and cigarettes, a new report claims.

Confidential informants with The National Enquirer have revealed that the singer has undergone hypnotherapy three times since kicking off her Circus World Tour is New Orleans on March 3.

“The crowds make her scared and nervous, so when she saw a report about hypnotherapy on television, she thought it might work for her,” says a source. “She’s hoping hypnosis works…..”
