Kim Robard-Rifkin, the woman whose Mercedes Station Wagon was slammed during an August pharmacy parking lot hit and run crash with Britney Spears, has spoken out on the pop tart pending misdemeanor charges.

“I was not surprised with the criminal charges - this is what happens when somebody hits your car and runs - especially when it is all caught on video. Now that the charges have been filed, things are out of my hands. If I need to go to court I will follow through. Hopefully, in the end, I will get my car repaired.”

Are you f*cking kidding me?? Her car was NOT SLAMMED into, it was dinged and Britney didn’t f*cking RUN…She’s trying to milk Britney for money, just like everyone else. If it was some regular Joe Shmo who hit her car she wouldv’e just let it be and left the car the way it was…But since it’s Britney Spears, she’s going to make a huge deal of it. LAME! I hate ppl like this.

LMAO. Are you serious? What planet are you from where Britney Spears didn’t run? She got back in her car and pulled off- never even looked at the damage she did to this woman’s car. Quit kissing her ass. The bitch cares more about sniffing coke than she does her own kids, so chances are she doesn’t give a shit about you, STAN. Learn the facts of a case before you start posting half-assed comments here.

This is the funniest fucking thing. Spears did NOT slam into this chicks car. If it was anybody else, there wouldn’t have been any issue, you probably can’t even see the damage. That doesn’t mean Spears wasn’t in the wrong. She should have left a note… but I’ve seen people do worse, especially when I was at UCLA… People in Los Angeles are more concerned about getting in and out of their parking spots than the cars in front of behind them… trust me. Again, this doesn’t make it right, it just shows that it is being blown WAY out of proportion.
