Kim Robard-Rifkin, the woman whose Mercedes Station Wagon was slammed during an August pharmacy parking lot hit and run crash with Britney Spears, has spoken out on the pop tart pending misdemeanor charges.

“I was not surprised with the criminal charges – this is what happens when somebody hits your car and runs – especially when it is all caught on video. Now that the charges have been filed, things are out of my hands. If I need to go to court I will follow through. Hopefully, in the end, I will get my car repaired.”
