Britney Spears fans have been warned to keep the bumping and grinding to a minimun after audience members at the pop tart’s Wednesday night at New York’s Madison Square Garden were ejected from the arena for dancing “too provocatively.”

We are talking about the same Britney Spears who shook her shimmy like a maltese in heat for the “I’m A Slave 4 U” video, right?

According to The New York Post’s Page Six Column, while a barely-clothed Britney was gyrating onstage a band of fans, including Amanda Lapore’s stylist Harliquin, were escorted out of the show for dropping it just a little too hot.

“I’m too sexy for this,” ousted audience member, Sandra Ion, told the paper this morning, “I guess there had been a complaint from someone in our section that our dancing was too risque….It was totally ridiculous. They should have just moved whoever complained instead of all of us.”

Ion claims the group missed three of Brit’s songs and the venue have refused to reimburse them.
