Danish businessman Claus Hjelmbak has dropped Britney Spears as the host of the St. Valentine’s Day bash at his Scandinavian Style Mansion later this month. The decision comes as the pop tart serves a 72-hour psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center.

“I personally feel that the most important thing for her now is to focus on her health and get the help she needs and deserves. Britney is not being fired, nor is she deemed unfit for the role as a host. I have decided to give some of the proceeds from the sales of VIP passes to a charity of Britney Spears’ choice.”
