Britney Spears has been driving illegally. California DMV reports the singer does not have a valid California driver’s license. She has applied for one, but it’s still in the pending file.
Attorneys for Kevin Federline are off to court today to report Britney Spears for driving without a license over the weekend while her children were in the car, Life & Style claims.

“At this point, Britney Spears does not have a valid California driver’s license. She has an application pending that she never completed,” says a DMV official.

Britney’s lawyer confirms that the ‘(You Drive Me) Crazy’ singer is driving illegally. “Britney is eligible for a license, she does not have one at this time. Once she applies for one, I think the matter will be resolved and resolved quickly.”
