Britney Spears was nowhere to be seen Monday as a court hearing convened in her child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Kevin arrived at Los Angeles Superior Court’s Stanley Mosk Building on Monday morning for the hearing. Monday’s custody hearing was the singer’s last chance to have visitation rights with her sons reinstated before the trial begins in April.
