BRITNEY SPEARS will be grilled by ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE’S lawyers in their ongoing child custody dispute on Wednesday.

The troubled pop star is expected to testify under oath at the Los Angeles offices of K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, at 10am LA time.

Britney was will be accompanied to the deposition by her lawyers Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, who will be present to raise any objections they may have to Kaplan’s line of questioning.

He is expected to question Brit on topics, including her past drug and alcohol use, her alleged failure to follow court orders and spousal support, relating to the custody of sons SEAN PRESTON, two, and JAYDEN JAMES, one.
