I had an ex who was bipolar who used to use meth and wow, what a bizarre act he was under the influence. He was like Jeckyll & Hyde. He didn't just get a little paranoid, he got VERY PARANOID! He'd imagine things and not from being up for days. This happened pretty much after the drug entered his bloodstream. It was the worst. Nothing anyone could say would change how he perceived things while he was high. Bipolar people and meth=a volatile & dangerous combo, period.
