Britney Spears could soon regain control of her life; the pop singer’s father Jamie Spears is reportedly ready to give up his duties as her legal guardian.

A new report from TMZ.com suggests the elder Spears believes his daughter, who is currently touring the world with his famous daughter as part of her “Circus Show,” has proven she can now function without the legal arrangement.

The conservatorship could end as early as November.
