Britney Spears isn’t out of the watchful eye of Pa just yet.

On Tuesday, a Los Angeles judge ruled to extend Spears conservatorship an additional six months to a year, RadarOnline.com has learned. It was ordered that the singer’s, Jamie Spears, would continue to receive $16,000 a month for his job as his daughter’s conservator. He also continue getting $1,200 for office space.

Jamie, a former professional chef, took over his pop star daughter’s estate in 2008 after the Grammy winner suffered a series of emotional breakdowns.
